Welcome back home my dearest friend to "Food & Drink (simple diet)".

-> it took me long time to understand, but the body actually is not dependent on food and water. But even great Masters that i have met, were mostly still eating a simple diet, they say "give the body what it really needs, not more."

Welcome to "Food & Drink (simple diet)"


Over the years while my awareness got stronger I learned a few simple things i want to share here with you.

Just the most important things, what is true:

1. " Even more important than food and water, is your loving attention to yourself and your body."

2. " Give the body what it really needs, not more."
-> so watch your body more and more how it reacts to what you eat and how much you eat.
You may eventually see, that your digestion, needs probably most of your energy while the day.
-> It is to see that, if your stomach is 70-85% full, stop eating. Overeating makes tired and you loose a lot of energy,

What food to eat, simply said:
(remember: your body just absorbs the light energy (or what you may call it) from your food)

-> If it is from nature, eat it. (sure you can still cook it and make it delicious if you want:))
(You may want to buy as organic or local or seasonal as possible if your country uses a lot of chemicals, it is up to you.)
->If it is produced by humans, normally you shouldn't eat it, because it is mostly processed and has very little energy left in it.
-> You may just do what is possible for you and it will be good.

3. "Good water is very important, perhaps even more than good food."
-> It is to see that also processed or filtered water because processed by humans has not the full potential as direct spring water or mountain spring water.
Also here do whatever you can, i recommend either good water from a mountain-spring or good filtered water if possible for you.

The body naturally does not need a lot, watch your stomach and food what you eat for a while.
-> Then your system will show you what amounts are healthy for you.
-> It is also depending on your level of stress, if you do a lot of sports or you are a relaxed person.

Just to give a final example, while I watched myself and many monks eating.
-> Everyone just with one normal meal a day, may life a full 100% healthy life.
(More important is actually your mental health that is reflected on your body-system)

-> It may take time to get there, but if you put loving attention to your digestion and body-energies it may also relieve you from a lot of tension, that i have seen around the world worrying about this topic.

Help note:
-> All these things will arise naturally, when you awareness gets more continuous and stronger. So as always no forcing, but loving attention to it.
