Introduction: Why "Direct-Experience" is so important?

Why "Direct-Experience" is so important?

Since the last part we know now that:
"Happiness, Health and Self-Realization may just arise if we turn our attention inside."
(Because it is inside where we cultivate it, and afterwards are able to life it in the outside world if we want to.)

- You could say now, why should I go inwards if i know already everything?
(-> intellect, with my brain)

That is a good question, and here i will show you why.

It is to understand that the soul, just by intellectual knowledge
(books, movies, beliefs from people around you)
-> evolves but very little.
(because existential knowledge or wisdom is beyond the intellect !)

And this is where great masters, mystics and teachers of all times said:
"Just by direct experience of truth, by gaining and receiving inner wisdom, the soul can evolve to its highest extend."

- an example: most human-beings (like myself) have been told a lot of believes and what we have to do and what not in life, what we should do for our country, for the system and the people around you, like family, friends or loved ones.

-> but inwards we still feel, we have to experience these beliefs of others on our own, so we go out and try on our own, what is really true and what is not.
-> it is the same thing for our soul: if it wants to evolve, it is simply not enough to understand things intellectually or by meanings of words.

It is much more so, that if we really want to evolve, the soul has to make direct contact with that experience.
( to gain a deeper understanding and to fill our soul with that wisdom)

In summary: just books, scriptures, words or beliefs from others have little impact on our souls evolution.
"You may read all the great books in the world and understand them intellectually without a big transformation in your being, but by direct-experience it will be received."

-> But gaining motivation from it, to thrive and search, experiencing truth by yourself makes all the difference in our souls journey and evolution !

"Your-System" how I live it every day.


I am doing all the techniques every two weeks.
- you don't have to do that if its not possible for you,
and because of that I show you

-> my every-day combination that works just wonderful.

- For my daily life, I need a flexible and fast system that can be integrated in every day.
- It is balancing my complete system and gives me great guidance of my body and mind. - Each step is perfectly placed to give the best outcome.
- It is easy to do and can be expanded, i have more time. Then i go deeper.

I want to mention: ( this combination is just my personal favourite)
-> feel free to create your own system out of all the parts i give you,
if you like one of the other techniques more,
or just add one or two of the other, if you can manage that in your daily life.

Do whatever feels right for you.

Overview:

- Stretching (3-5 min)

- We start every technique like this (1-2min)

- technique BREATH 10-20min

- technique TRANSENDENCE 10-20min

- We end every technique like this ((1-2min)

Time: fast= 25min, long= 45min
Daily: 1 time or more.
My recommendation: 2 times
(examples: morning sunrise and afternoon before 19:00)

Lets START:

Welcome to "Stretching"

enjoy.

"Stretching":

- Stand upright.
(look for a nice place you like to stand and like the view, inside or outside your place)
- Legs just straight downward from your pelvis.
- Face naturally forward
- all steps will be done 5 times (each side)

START:
(try to be as aware as possible at every movement)

1. put on tiptoe: 5x
2. going down with your fingers near to the ground( leaving the legs straight): 5x
- > the last second last touch your toe and the last try to go with all fingers tips to the ground.
3. place your hands in front of you(palms facing down),
going up with one knee after the other trying to touch the hands: 5x
4. same backwards: place your hands at the back pelvis (palms facing down),
going up with one heel after the other trying to touch the hands: 5x
5. holding your right foot with your right hand: 5 seconds
6. going with you hip to the left and right side.
-> as much possible: 5x

7. rotate your upper part of the body
(from hips upwards, face remains forward)
to the left and right as possible.
8. Swing your arms forward and backwards: 5x (as much as possible) 9. Swing your arms leftwards and rightwards: 5x (as much as possible) 10. rotate your head to the left and to the right: 5x (as much as comfortable) 11. swing your head down, to the right, to the back to the left and down again: 5x 11. swing your head down, to the left, to the back to the right and down again(other direction): 5x

Ending: go on tiptoes, stretching your whole body with arms upwards to the sky.

Perfect, do you feel the awareness coming back into yourself, it is also energising your system and dissolving energy blockages.

-> Now you are ready to sit down!

We start every technique like this:

1. Sit down in a relaxed position.
-> on a pillow or a chair
(If you use a meditation pillow just cross your legs or if you sit on a chair put them naturally next to each other.)
- Stretch your back so that your spine is upright.
- Your head is naturally directed to the front.
- Close your eyes.

2. Focus your space of awareness on your
A) Head , then upper part of the body and then the lower part of the body.( around 3 seconds each part )

3. Now we rotate(our awareness), relaxed but with full conscious-awareness through the following parts of the body:
( around 3 seconds each part )
A) Eyes, eyebrows, forehead, the whole face.
B) Neck, shoulders, arms, hands, finger.
C) Chest, lower chest, belly.
D) Upper back, middle back, lower back.
E) Pelvis, thigh, lower leg, feet, toes.

Perfect, do you feel the relaxation in your body expanding:)
-> Now you are ready to start!

"Welcome to the technique": BREATH

"Welcome to the technique": BREATH

The technique "BREATH" comes from the yogis of India.

LETS START:
- set your starting breath inhalation to 5 seconds
and exhalation (5 seconds, is the same time)

A) Inhalation: guide your breath upwards,
through the frontal spinal passage,
(from the beginning of your spine (lower pelvis)
until it reached the most upper part of your spine.
(in the middle of your head)

B) Now swallow one time before you start to exhale. (storing your energy from the inhalation to more subtle layers of lifeforce)

C) Exhalation: guide your breath downwards,
through the back spinal passage,
from the most upper part of your spine,
(in the middle of your head)
until it reaches the beginning of your spine.
(lower pelvis)

Rounds: 14 times (inhalation + exhalation)

You may also start with more seconds, try what you can manage in a smooth way without overdoing yourself!
(All techniques are done in a healthy and loving way to yourself, that is important.)

Increase: naturally increase, when the old time is smooth and easy, each time 2 more seconds.

Goal: 24 seconds each way.
(it is the perfekt amount that your whole system needs, you have reached the advanced breath)
How often: daily at least once
My recommendation : 2 times
Time for one Round: 4-15 minutes
(depending on your actual state)

-> i don't have to say how much that will improve your happiness, health and self-realization progress, it is one of my favourites:)

Thats also why the sentence "after three deep breaths the world seems totally different again" is very true.

-> even though we know now, 14 times has much more potential.

-> When you have reached that wonderful breath volume and control,
you have already transformed yourself to the extend that your happiness and health will improve wonderfully.

"Welcome to the technique": TRANSCENDENCE

"Welcome to the technique": TRANSCENDENCE

The technique: "TRANSCENDENCE"
i received from masters of Nepal, India and the US.

- This technique is also called "Eyebrow centre gazing"

It is a great technique using the spiritual centre (third eye) in the body.
- Fast to learn, intense and great effects.

LETS START:

Step 1: (around 80% of this technique)

1. Closed eyes and try to focus your awareness at the eyebrow centre. (the space between the eyebrows)

2. Chant(mentally!) the mantra "AUM" at that position in your natural rhythm. (perhaps every 1-2 seconds)
-> More about "AUM" see under the index- tab "More"

-> staying all the time with your awareness between the eyebrows.
(if you get distracted, just go back to it)

PART 2: (around 20% of this technique)

OPTION (try the 2 options which one you like more)

A) - stop chanting "AUM" for Part 2
- CLOSED EYES and try to focus your eyes and awareness at the eyebrow centre. (the space between the eyebrows)
-> you must direct your eyes inwards and upwards so that they point as much as possible in the direction of the eyebrow centre.

-> it is very important, that you are pointing directly at this point
( if you are not sure, put a finger there for a minute to be sure where it is for you).

It is an excellent method of introspection.

Option B)
- stop chanting "AUM" for Part 2
- OPEN EYES and try to focus your eyes and awareness at the eyebrow centre. (the space between the eyebrows)
-> you must direct your eyes inwards and upwards so that they point as much as possible in the direction of the eyebrow centre.

-> it is very important, that you are pointing directly at this point.
( You should see a V-like-Shape when you do the practice correct)

BOTH OPTIONS PRECAUTIONS:
- Be sure not to strain the eyes, but only practise for as long as you feel no discomfort. it will naturally increase

- If you experience discomfort, relax the eyes for a few seconds and then continue the practice.
(In this manner you will slowly increase the duration of eyebrow centre gazing.)

- Be aware in the practice to ensure that the eyes are still facing upwards for the whole practice as good as possible.
-> try to be as precise as possible with this method.

If you experience flattering of the eyebrows at the beginning, that is totally alright.

Time: 5-10 min for starting.
- You may also start with more time if you like. Try out what you can manage in a smooth way without overdoing yourself!
(All techniques are done in a healthy and loving way to yourself, that is important.)

Increase: naturally increase, when the old time is smooth and easy, try 5 more minutes.

Goal: 30 min.
How often: daily at least once
My recommendation : 2 times
(examples: morning sunrise and afternoon before 19:00)

This is also one of my favourites, because it is fast to learn and the effect even in a short amount of time is immense on your whole system. (With this technique glimpses in the next layers of existence are not just possible but doable, i recommend if you advance fast here and you like this technique so much you may also go to 60 min for 1 session)

-> It might appear to you over time that a stronger light appears in your body, pervading yourself
or even possibly see one or more different lights, this is also great ( perhaps like this: first: golden light aura, second: in that a blue sphere, third: and inside that a white star)

And here comes another gift: a short video of a enlightened yogi master using "Transcendence".

We end every technique like this:

1. While you are still sitting down in a relaxed position.

Do the body rotation again from the start:
2. Focus your space of awareness on your

Wonderful, you feel the difference: in your body, mind, emotions, thoughts and space around you.
-> Now you can knock yourself on the shoulders, that you are one step closer to happiness, health and self-realization.

Some of the many improvements you may receive from these 6 basic techniques:

Happiness improvements:
- peacefulness, joy, bliss, ecstasy
- Harmony and balance
- experience oneness

- more energy

- No diseases( since I started meditation, I was never ill and had to lie in bed)
- less pain in the body

Self-realization improvements:

- may give you good guidance(mastery) over your body, emotions and thoughts

Welcome to: My souls direct experiences (received with the 6 basic techniques):

Wonderful things that might open up to you:

- if you have "opened your heart" and energy can flow freely through it, you will start hearing your intuition speaking to you from the area of your heart(like the voice in your head which is coming mostly from your brain you will now gain the higher knowledge of your heart speaking to you and helping you on your own way of life, it will feel like the best and long lost friend, eventually returned to you)

- The "space around you grows in all directions" (at the beginning you merely feel the space inside your body, but over time your body will be filled by space then it will start to grow in all the 6 direction right, left, front, back, downwards and upwards)

- Seeing your "light body", when the light opens up in your body and is pouring into you, your body feels like suspended, light( sun like) seemingly coming from heaven that may grow stronger and stronger in the area of your head .

- the feeling of "no-body", when all your tension from old thinking, emotions and stuck energies are freed you may experience the state of unbelievable calmness and bliss, and to be there in the moment (thats why we are called human-"beings" and not human-doings:))

- The state of blankness “no-thought”, can appear any time in your practice, but normally takes some time to receive it. When your body is totally cleared of all stuck energies and you are totally in the flow of the moment it might appear to you.

- The "state of breathlessness", until now I was just able to glimpse it when i did longer direct-practice ( meditations) on one day.
-> But if you receive it: It may change your thinking of reality completely, that not air but actually light or life-force (energy) is suspending your body on a deeper level.

- and many more wonderful experiences that are waiting for you on the way ...

Insights that I received automatically over some time:

- our physical body is a "breathing system", air sustains all cells and revives them, giving you control over your body, emotions and thoughts.(it is also the last thing that binds your soul to the physical body before you enter higher states of being)

- "Everything that exists comes and goes", may it be physical, emotional or thoughts. It is a universal law and says, everything ones created may stay for some time and then will return back to the source of consciousness)

- Everything may change, except your "ever existing consciousness".

- "Your body is your tool but not you". (because you have still your more subtle bodies behind that and at the root the supreme consciousness)

- Everything comes out of spirit and when the idea(or thought) is steadily implemented in your soul, you can create anything in your life (it is just a matter of training yourself of thoughts guided in the direction of truth and righteousness)

- If "I am consciousness", then my personal "reality is a reflection of myself" (and I can change it, if I go with all my heart and emotions and thoughts in that direction.

- The "emotions of love", thankfulness, gratitude, compassion, teamwork, caring open up your heart and are bringing your whole system to a higher level of vibrations.

- thoughts or emotions send out to a higher good, like love to your family or others living even out of their physical body(dead), will always receive your good intention because "consciousness transcends everything and is connected to everything all the time".

said by a latin philosophical proposition named René Descartes,
perhaps you know the famous sentence
""I think, therefore I am" , right?

Sadly he did not go deep enough within himself to see by direct-experience
what truth is and what not.
-> so this is wrong and not true.

Truth is, and can be experienced by everyone who is willing to:
"Because I AM, i may think or feel or sense."


- There is a fundamental difference between believe
(just trusting what was told to be true) and

-> "knowing". (direct experience of truth)

From the bottom of my heart I know that "real transformation",
-> starts from within
and all wisdom can be excessed and gained from there.

My biggest wish for you is, that you walk a path of happiness, health and self-realization.
