A short walk every day, at least 20-30 min works wonders, it gives you a lot of energy and releases stuck energies and tensions in the body.

-> if you are able to do, get outside in nature (a park or something green near to you).

-> The further you normally get away from big cities into real nature, the more natural and reviving is the energy ( life-force) out there.
